Billboard advertising offers high impact and high frequency. This makes it an ideal platform for product launches, or for advertisers striving to increase their brand presence or positioning in the market. Billboards have a unique ability to create a dominant 'big brand' presence.
Usually, consumers will drive the same route out of habit. Whether they're driving to the city, driving home, driving to work or to the supermarket, more often than not, they'll travel the same route each time. Billboards take effect by targeting these consumers while they're in routine. In doing so, billboards build relationships through repetition (frequency) and impact through their large format. Billboards can be used in main-stream broadcast campaigns, targeting the masses, or in strategic campaigns, targeting niche or selective demographic or geographic spreads.
